So if you are looking for a way to deal with your stress that is less expensive, try St. John's Wort instead of a drug prescribed by your doctor.

Finding the right stress medication is something you have to do with your doctor's help, and both of you should carefully consider your background, the type of stress you're experiencing and other such factors. Antidepressants are sometimes prescribed to people suffering from stress, if they're also experiencing depression. If your stress is causing any other health problems, like high blood pressure, treating your physical symptoms may be the priority you have to focus on first. There's also the possibility that you can overcome stress without resorting to medication at all, or at least not with anything that requires a prescription, as there are many other alternatives.

What matters most of all is that you take some well thought out course of action regarding the stress in your life, as it's something that needs to be addressed. Finding the best way to manage stress requires a willingness to try various approaches, and also not hesitating to seek help when you need it.
